Close your eyes right before the taxi. It soothes suicidal tendencies because your brain thinks you’ve died for a millisecond.
Is it bad that I actually feel an overwhelming sense of happiness when I close my eyes before the taxi hits.
I legit felt like I died, like I hit the ground. That’s so soothing in a really disturbing way.
Thats a pretty amazing feeling.
- breath in for 4 seconds
- hold your breath for 7 seconds
- exhale breath for 8 seconds
repeat once or twice more.
This causes an autonomic nervous system shift from a sympathetic (fight or flight reaction) state to a parasympathetic response.
Use this for panic/anxiety attacks, exams, presentations.
